Okay everyone needs to try this recipe, whether you have ID Life or any other vanilla protein shake.  It is soooo good!!

I have a HUGE sweet tooth!! Seriously I never need lunch or dinner, but I ALWAYS need dessert (don’t worry I do have lunch and dinner too).  One of my favorite desserts is Creme Brulee.  However, I’m not a fan of the 823057987 calories in normal Creme Brulee.

Today I woke up at around 5am to get in a bunch of my attorney work before the day began.  It felt amazing to wake up early and I was very productive, but I was STARVING at around 7am.  Therefore, I decided to make this healthy version of my favorite dessert.

I used 1/2 scoop vanilla, 1 egg, and 1/2 banana mixed with cinnamon and caramel extract in the blender. Then I put in airfryer for 5 minutes on 350.  It is sooo amazing!!!

I also just made the other half of scoop with some apple crumble tea for my early morning snack:)  It tastes incredible too–kind of like an apple pie!!!
